A member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Steve has served as vocal arranger for several national television spectaculars, including The Academy Awards, Disney's American Teacher Awards, Las Vegas' 75th Anniversary, the Emmy Award-winning Christmas in Washington and the 52nd Presidential Inaugural Gala of President Clinton. Steve annually directs Les Brown and His Band of Renown's Voices of Christmas. His film credits include acting as music advisor for the Emmy Award-winning HBO film Norma Jean and Marilyn. His stage credits include the PSC's The Beggar's Opera, the U.S. tour of Tommy, Get Happy: The Music of Harold Arlen, the California Music Theatre production of Babes in Toyland, the West Coast Opera production of Brigadoon, opening ceremonies for the Names Project National Tour of the AIDS Quilt at Pauley Pavilion, nine years as musical director for the Shakespeare League of Pasadena's benefit productions at San Gabriel Civic Auditorium and trade shows for clients such as the U.S. Army, Variety, Citicorp, AARP and the Long Beach Civic Light Opera.
