Michael D. Hans


Michael's career in theatre spans several decades and continents. He has designed scenery for more than 150 shows and lights for more than 250, as well as having directed, stage managed, or acted as technical director for various companies. In 1993 and 1994, he lived in The Netherlands and Germany where he did technical and design work for Bayern Staatballet, Tirol Staatopera, Der Deutsches Theatre and the Nederland Danse Theatre 3. Local companies with which Michael has been affiliated include South Coast Rep, Grove Shakespeare Festival, San Bernardino Musical Theatre and Costa Mesa Civic Theatre.
